Is it possible to measure a vision? How?
How Do You Measure Vision? Tough question. With today's tech focus, the ability to crunch numbers in nanoseconds, have we developed corresponding new ways to develop new "vision" processes?
Nope. What
we can do is evaluate whether our vision is complete, we can expose it to
others, test it and seek to ensure it is robust, well constructed, communicable
etc but this will not guarantee its birth.

One suggestion I liked is that even if a vision is too nebulous to directly measure, it can be translated and broken down into the organization's used objectives, strategies and tactics, which can be tracked and measured using performance indicators.
